Board of Directors Roles and Responsibilities
In accordance with Chamber of Commerce Bylaws: Nominating Committee will submit its slate of nominees that has been accepted by the Board of Directors at the Annual Meeting, for vote by the general membership.  Further nominations may be presented from the floor at the Meeting.  Candidates for Officers or Directors securing the highest number of votes shall be declared elected.
