Christmas in Wolfeboro

There is a lot to be excited about this holiday season!

Following a fun search, the 2020 Community Christmas Tree has been found! Wolfeboro’s amazing Municipal Electric Department will have it cut and put in place on Main Street. Once again it will be decorated with festive lights.

Santa Claus loves Wolfeboro and while there will not be a parade this year, he promises to again use his magic to turn on the lights at some point. A tree lighting ceremony will not take place this year.

And with thanks to Crowells Towing Santa’s Hut has been moved to its tradional spot in the park on Main Street.

While Santa tells us he is not able to hold planned visits with individuals this year, he looks forward to stops to collect letters written to him. There will be a box at the hut for children to leave letters. Santa will soon be checking his list! While at the hut, Santa tells us he has found a way to leave messages for all the Wolfeboro area families. The Wolfeboro Area Chamber of Commerce will be sure to watch for and share those surprises from Santa with the public!

The Chamber of Commerce will place wreaths around town and so many businesses and homes will show the holiday spirit with lights, holly , sparkles and more! The area community is encouraged to consider family shopping days. Local businesses work harder than ever to be here for us and what better time to give them your business.
